You've mastered the tools. Now master the relationship you have with them. From the Parliament of Tuvalu to London Tech Week, Siosi Samuels spans the divide between code and culture. He helps high-level operators build their Conscious Stack — moving from isolated tools to a fully integrated Operating System, guided by Harness Engineering and the S-I-O-S-I Protocol.
Siosi Samuels is the creator of Ring of Fire Metaphysics — a framework for navigating the convergence of technology, culture, and consciousness through the volcanic substrate that connects Silicon Valley, the Pacific Islands, and East Asia. A practitioner of Digital Wayfinding, he applies ancient Polynesian navigation principles to modern AI-era complexity. Born George Samuels, he later discovered that his Tuvaluan name — Siosi — mirrors the Si–O–Si siloxane bridge molecule found within silica (SiO₂), the volcanic material inside every chip, screen, and AI system on Earth.
This molecular coincidence became the foundation of a body of work that spans the divide between code, culture, and consciousness. From advising the Government of Tuvalu on AI strategy and digital sovereignty to being featured by Slack, Adobe, BBC Radio, Tech In Asia, and Discover Magazine, Siosi operates at the intersection of emerging technology and ancient Pacific intelligence.
A 3x founder, Fractional CTO, and Systems Architect, he is the founder of Conscious Technologists in Chiang Mai — a harbor for practitioners building with technical and ethical integrity — and has been backed by Tim Draper. He serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Blockchain Governance Initiative Network (BGIN), contributing to the Decentralized Treasuries Working Group. His work has been shaped by 15+ years spanning community building, fractional CxO leadership, and strategic advisory across the Pacific Rim and beyond.
Siosi holds a Master's in Creative Media from RMIT University (Animation & Interactive Media) and a Bachelor's in Multimedia Systems. He coined the concept of "meta-community" during his 7+ years as Managing Director at Faiā, and is currently booking for 2026 keynotes, private workshops, and high-resonance podcast appearances.
Each talk is designed to shift perspective — connecting tectonic forces in technology with the deeper patterns that govern how humans and AI systems co-evolve.
How ancient Polynesian navigation protocols provide the missing framework for orienting through exponential technological change — helping leaders move from reactive adoption to sovereign strategy.
The geological substrate of Silicon Valley, East Asia, and the Pacific Islands is volcanic silica — the same material inside every chip and AI system. This talk maps tectonic forces onto technology strategy.
A practical methodology for auditing and redesigning your technology stack through a consciousness lens — moving from unconscious accumulation to deliberate architectural design using the 1:3:5:3:1 architecture.
Traditional governance cannot scale to meet AI-speed decisions. This talk introduces Siocracy — a crystalline lattice model for human-AI co-governance that distributes decision-making without losing coherence.
A curated record of keynotes, government advisory, media appearances, and conference engagements.
Original frameworks created by Siosi Samuels, and the practice of Digital Wayfinding through a Polynesian lens.
A philosophical and strategic framework mapping the tectonic forces of technology, culture, and consciousness onto the geological reality of the Pacific Ring of Fire. Silica (SiO₂) — formed through volcanic activity — is the literal material inside every chip and AI system, and the substrate connecting Silicon Valley, East Asia, and the Pacific Islands. Created by Siosi Samuels.
A methodology for reducing AI tool sprawl without losing strategic depth. It helps individuals and organisations audit their technology stacks through a consciousness lens — moving from unconscious accumulation to deliberate architectural design using the 1:3:5:3:1 architecture. Created by Siosi Samuels.
ExploreA five-phase decision-making protocol: Sense, Intuit, Orient, Synthesize, Integrate. It mirrors the molecular structure of the Si–O–Si siloxane bridge found in silica, reflecting the bridging function it serves between code, culture, and consciousness. Created by Siosi Samuels.
ExploreA practice combining systems divination with silicon-age pattern recognition. Drawing from ancient oracular traditions and modern computational analysis, Siomancy provides a method for reading emergent patterns in technology ecosystems, cultural movements, and consciousness shifts. Created by Siosi Samuels.
ExploreA community-of-communities architecture coined by Siosi Samuels during his tenure as Managing Director at Faiā. Rather than scaling a single community, meta-community design creates an ecosystem of sovereign groups that amplify each other without losing individual identity — a governance and engagement model where multiple distinct communities operate under a shared substrate of values, tools, and coordination protocols.
A practice of navigating AI-era complexity using the principles of ancient navigation. Siosi Samuels practices Digital Wayfinding through a Polynesian lens, treating technology ecosystems as living oceans — requiring orientation by stars (values), currents (trends), and swells (emerging signals) rather than fixed GPS coordinates.
