For over 15 years, Siosi has bridged the worlds of emerging technologies, digital transformation, and community governance. Known for his work as the "Digital Wayfinder" for Tuvalu's Digital Nation initiative, he helps leaders optimize their digital environments to reduce cognitive overload and maintain sovereignty in the age of AI.

Widely recognised for his role in catalysing Tuvalu's national digital strategy, Siosi has spent 15+ years moving between worlds: from early blockchain community growth and Silicon Valley backing (Tim Draper) to fractional C-suite leadership for AI-native teams. His work focuses on the human substrate of technology — tuning the silicon-based intelligence of our era to the frequency of ancestral wisdom and geospatial sovereignty. He is currently documenting his travels around the Ring of Fire to develop a unified theory of volcanic strategy and its role in aligning emerging technologies.
